最近看到一個房子，
但是機械停車位是以下種類，參考連結如下，
代銷說現在這種機械停車位很多，
小建案面積不夠大的幾乎都是用這種。

不知道各位有沒有看過這種，
實際使用心得?保養費用約需多少?
因為真的很怕萬一機械故障，急著用車就真的無解了!
