根據中國國土資源部下屬的中國地價網週五發佈的報告預計，2014年第一季度內地城市地價繼續保持上漲態勢，但增速有減緩趨勢，房地產調控方面將更趨於市場化主導。根據全國城市地價

根據中國國土資源部下屬的中國地價網週五發佈的報告預計，2014年第一季度內地城市地價繼續保持上漲態勢，但增速有減緩趨勢，房地產調控方面將更趨於市場化主導。根據全國城市地價動態監測系統的最新數據，2013年，全國105個地價監測城市土地供應總量達到31.69萬公頃，較上年增加12.33%，其中，住宅用地供應漲幅最大，較2012年增加32.71%。

另據國土資源部官方微博稱，2013年全國住房用地供應13.82萬公頃，同比增加24.7%，達歷年最高，相當於前5年平均實際供應量的143%，保障性住房用地從去年3月起佔住房用地比例逐月上升，中央下達保障性安居工程用地任務順利完成。
