「叭！」悼念英勇駕駛　台鐵列車上午鳴笛5秒

【生活中心／台北報導】2年前的今天，一輛砂石車停在楊梅火車站附近的平交道上，導致來不及煞車的太魯閣號迎頭撞上，該列火車駕駛員蔡崇輝鳴笛警告至最後1秒，被撞死在駕駛座上。為悼念他的英勇行為與逝世2周年，今上午10時，台鐵所有路線上的列車同時鳴笛5秒，代表蔡崇輝放棄可逃生的最後5秒，藉此傳達對他的懷念與敬意，也呼籲用路人別闖行平交道。
