我打好的一份報告,之前存取都沒問題
但前幾天再次打開時,文字都變成口口口口口口口口口

然後有一個視窗跳出內文是

這份文件的表格已經損毀,要回覆此表格的內容:要回覆表格的內容,選取表格並從表格功能表中選擇(轉換)(表格轉文字)

此錯誤訊息可能是現有的文件中有毀損的表格所致。
您可以透過關閉文件，然後再使用 [開啟舊檔] 對話方塊 ([檔案] 功能表) 中的 [開啟並修復] 選項重新開啟文件，以復原文件和表格的內容。要找到 [開啟並修復] 選項，請選取 [開啟舊檔] 按鈕旁的向下箭頭。 [開啟並修復] 選項位於功能表的底端。修復檔案後，文件中毀損或不正確格式的所有表格都應已修正。
若文件在修復後表格中仍有錯誤，您可能要一一檢查每個表格，查看指定的儲存格或列中是否有太長的文字，或文件中是否建立或匯入了不完整的表格。

我依照指示去做,還是沒辦法復原,請問是否有解救的辦法呢?
