FB詐騙病毒，我被盜了~

我1月7號點了一封冒充FB的網址，倒置fB帳號遺失，無法登入帳號變成jackfazzz@yahoo.com，我是看我信箱才知道我的fb帳號以被跟改，當初我沒用手機認證fb，所以沒認證碼找fb很困難，我寄信給fb客服信箱也是根本連絡不到，每次回覆都是系統自動回復訊息，跟本沒有用，要如何才能連絡到fb的客服呢??我試過找回密碼，但是帳號變成jackfazzz@yahoo.com，他要我從郵件信箱改密碼，可是我根本沒對方密碼怎麼改，有沒有高手可以幫我解決這個問題~拜託了，真得很心急
