黃俊英告別式 關中今早率隊致意

高雄市前副市長、考試委員黃俊英因癌症過世，他的告別式今天早上在台北市地藏禪寺舉行，考試院長關中率隊前往靈堂致意，關中表示，黃俊英在考試院服務，與同仁相處融洽，黃俊英生病大家都知情，只是他不願意對外講，為表示尊重，也不敢對外講，如今過世，「實在很可惜，也很不幸」。
