民進黨前立委蔡同榮今（11）日凌晨病逝台大，享壽78歲。 蔡同榮是在上個月18日上午，因出血性腦中風在家昏倒，被送往台大醫院。 蔡同榮是台灣獨立運動的重要參與者和公民投票的主要推動者，曾任台獨聯盟創盟主席（美國）、紐約市立大學政治學終身職正教授、民視董事長、民主進步黨立法委員、中央執行委員、中央常務委員。
