標題[請益] 該向前公司報備嗎

幫朋友代PO~ 最近朋友可能有被裁的狀況，剛好同時也得到一份offer 但公司產品的技術、工作內容有八~九成相似唯一不同的是產品使用的晶片想請問在這樣的情況下(如果被裁、剛進去時有簽類似保密條款之類的東西) 還需要在跟原公司說一下嗎?
