我真的很討厭自己這種淺眠的體質
嚴重的話還會失眠...
我知道如果想要有個好眠的話
寢具很重要
目前的床墊我覺得不錯軟硬適中
但還缺一顆好的枕頭來搭配
請問有推薦的嗎?
