衛生福利部食品藥物管理署最近全面清查市售藥品變更賦形劑，是否需重新進行BE（生體相等性）之試驗，今天確定有24項藥品由原藥廠申請變更回原處方，但其中有16個產品由於之前已使用過未經核備的賦形劑，因此規定需立即下架，並於明年二月底前回收完畢。

根據食藥署公布的需先下架的藥品，包括南光「能得爽錠」、瑞安「定樂平膜衣錠」、南光「歐克胃延遲釋放微粒膠囊」、五洲「痛立安膠囊」、南光「胃全膠囊」、南光「歐克胃膠囊」、五洲「痛立安長效膠囊」、瑞士「痛速平膜衣錠」、南光「非洛緩釋錠」、南光「壓利得持續性藥效錠」、健喬信元「艾斯美特延釋膠囊」、南光「能得爽緩釋膠囊」、五洲「降壓卡諾錠」、瑩碩生技「敏喘克咀嚼錠5 毫克」、五洲「癲癇樂美錠100公絲」、「美妥平口溶錠」。需要下架的批號，詳見衛福部網站。
