保險套包海洛因 人體運毒被訴

（中央社記者張榮祥台南24日電）台南梁姓男子和2名中國大陸男子共謀運毒，利用保險套包裹海洛因，以人體運毒來台，6月在桃園被逮，南檢今天偵結起訴。

起訴書指出，31歲梁男和2名大陸男子去年底在泰國購買一塊海洛因磚，共謀運毒，僱人以人體夾帶海洛因來台，每趟代價新台幣9萬元，今年初至6月多次運毒成功。

梁男今年6月帶著陳姓、王姓2名男子到泰國運毒，以保險套包裹海洛因，製成136小顆及6大顆，小顆用吞的，大顆塞入肛門，成功運進台灣。

3人在桃園一家旅館排放海洛因時，遭檢警逮獲，起出重達660公克海洛因球，南檢依違反毒品危害防制條例起訴梁男。陳男、王男及2名大陸男子另案偵辦。1021224
