小弟最近在找工作中原化學碩畢沒有工作經驗想要工作的地區台北新北桃園是有面試幾間但都沒下文怕是薪資開的不合理想請教一下 1.傳產藥廠化工廠研發或製程 35K~40K 去過大園一家老牌藥廠開33K 2.食品檢驗環境檢驗分析研究員或檢驗工程師 30K~33K 據我了解有些會請學士所以平均薪資略低 3.半科技業(像是生技或能源) 研發製程 37K~42K 4.科技業製程 40K~45K 我不知道以上我的理解有沒有符合行情?? 談薪的時候我都開在上述範圍的中間值是否合適? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.10.99
