恢復年終慰問金 綠批藍變相買票

有國民黨立委提案恢復軍公教年終慰問金。民進黨團幹事長高志鵬今晚表示，此不但違法，且也顯示國民黨為了顧軍公教鐵票，竟拿年終慰問金變相買票。

高志鵬表示，當初會刪除軍公教慰問金就是因為沒有法源，如今有藍委透過主決議方式想恢復沒法源的慰問金，不但已違反「立法院對於行政院所提預算案，不得為增加支出之提議」規定，背後目的就是想鞏固軍公教鐵票，只是為了選舉。
