9億呆帳 海外信保基金續追討

財團法人海外信用保證基金董事長薛盛華今天表示，對於海外信保基金呆帳達新台幣9億元，去年已收回部分呆帳，並提起訴訟。

薛盛華上午赴立法院外交及國防委員會報告「財團法人海外信用保證基金103年預算案」，民主進步黨籍立委蔡煌瑯質疑海外信保基金規模新台幣14億多元，呆帳卻高達9億元，要求立即改善。薛盛華對此答詢作上述說明。

薛盛華答詢說，9億元的呆帳是25年的累積，過去信保基金呈現虧本，去年已追討回480萬元呆帳，也已對欠款方提出訴訟。

蔡煌瑯要求，海外信保基金呆帳高達基金規模6成，薛盛華不應該領2.5個月的考績獎金。

薛盛華答詢表示，「沒有辦法討回9億」，不過海外信保基金不會將呆帳當成「糊塗爛帳」，都有在追索。
