【動新聞】今晨淡水12.4度　入夜氣溫再降

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局觀測，今晨平地最低溫在淡水12.4度，其次是板橋12.9度，氣象局提醒，今天晚間至後天清晨受寒流影響，氣溫明顯偏低，台南以北、東北部沿海空曠地區及馬祖、金門將在清晨及夜間溫度恐降到10度左右。

氣象局表示，該波11月寒流相當罕見，是34年來最早報到的一次。受強烈東北季風影響，今天至明天晚間沿海空曠地區、蘭嶼、綠島、澎湖、金門及馬祖地區有8至10級強陣風出現。另，基隆北海岸、宜蘭地區、台北市山區及新北市山區，今天有局部大雨發生的機率。
