基隆老翁一早出門 陳屍排水溝

住基隆巿麥金路的83歲黃姓老翁今天一早離家，到近午時還未返家，他媳婦外出尋找，上午11點多在距家50公尺外的排水溝，發現他仰躺其中，人已氣絕，死因待查。

警方指出，今天上午雨勢不絕，黃姓老翁身穿睡衣，頭下腳上仰躺在路旁的排水溝裡，雖然水溝裡水淺未淹過老翁身體，但他被發現時，已身體僵硬，明顯死亡，懷疑出門後不久，就發生意外，但死因如何，還待調查。
