代同事詢問，我們目前在某電信公司當客服，昨天不小心將手機帶入工作場所被長官抓到當場就跟我同事說違反工作規定須扣薪3000元，我同事只是初犯且也沒給他申訴的機會這樣扣薪合理嗎?可以去勞工局申訴嗎?請板上各位前輩可以給我一些意見嗎?謝謝~~ 第一次發文排版有點雜~~不好意思? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.48.92
