被控撞傷機車騎士 林美照拘役

（中央社記者黃意涵台北13日電）藝人林美照被控撞傷機車騎士致顱內出血。台北地方法院今天依過失傷害罪，判處林美照拘役30日，得易科罰金，還可上訴。

林美照被控在民國100年12月間，開車經過新北巿新店區祥和路時，撞傷廖姓女機車騎士，導致廖女左手骨折、頭部顱內出血受傷，廖女事後提出刑事附帶民事訴訟。檢方依過失傷害罪嫌起訴林美照。1021113
