北港元品黑蔴油　未標有效期限立即下架

【沈能元／台北報導】台北市衛生局今持續稽查油品，在北市正旺雜糧行稽查發現，由北港知名的元品蔴油囍餅名店出產的元品黑蔴油未標有效期限，已要求業者下架，製造業者須改正標示，若不改正將依《食品衛生管理法》開罰3萬至300萬元罰鍰。元品蔴油囍餅名店表示，產品未標有效期限，真的很不好意思，將會立即改善。

北市衛生局食品藥物管理處處長邱秀儀說，今新增稽查油品111家次，統計下架大統油品共82項20多萬件、富味鄉油品共25項1萬多件、福懋油品6項2000多件。針對味全公司21項產品，下架共計11萬1000多件，後續依法辦理。
