國科會澄清：無隱匿混油研究

媒體今天報導，國科會補助台大農業化學系副教授蘇南維研究計畫，在2年前就已經知道市售芝麻油中有混摻大豆油一事，卻不公開研究報告，有隱匿之情。

國科會今天澄清，這篇「開發芝麻油混摻其他食用油檢測方法之研究」，是國科會補助蘇南維教授的「產學合作」計畫，與富味鄉公司合作，由其提供研究油品譜系的原料。

國科會表示，研究報告甚麼時候公開，是由研究者自行勾選決定，因為有專計申請、論文發表、可信度確認等考量，可選擇暫不公開。

以民國100年國科會生物處的研究為例，有66.7%的研究計畫，就勾選一到兩年內不公部完整報告。

國科會說，如果研究內容和近日食安問題相關，國科會會提供計畫書和結案報告給相關單位調查用。
