最近遇到，一位另一部門人員不知從那打探到我薪水便在跟我共事的時候，說你領那麼高薪水還不會做事(小弟目前才3個月滿) 他的薪水多低，要加一堆班才可以跟我打平，我薪水高只是因為學歷比他高 blabla~~~~~~ 等等，東西還不趕快學好之類的那時也只能心裡回嘴，又沒人限制你只能讀到那學歷，況且我是第3個月才正式接觸到此部門工作，一堆東西不熟你要我怎快? 簡而言之，就是看不慣我薪水比他這老鳥高此位老鳥跟我是不同部門，目前有點被他念煩了但又礙於跟他部門互動很高，實在是不好撕破臉現在看起來公司薪資單註記，其實也滿有道理勿讓第三人知道薪資，以免引起公司內部氣芬不和諧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.174.101.154 ※ 編輯: KENTKKMAN 來自: 1.174.101.154 (10/26 17:26)
