剛才想用 USB 隨身碟來「建立出廠預設備份」結果出現如下圖的問題，

不知道這跟我把系統升級到 Windows 8.1 有沒有關係？
還是跟我有砍掉 C:\OEM 這個資料夾有關？（裡面放的是驅動和軟體安裝檔等）
