總統馬英九今天上午前往台北市劍潭活動中心，為優秀新移民頒獎，馬英九鼓勵新移民教孩子母語，現場氣氛溫馨，但由於日前砸鞋事件，特勤人員仍然警戒，甚至有人員坐在新移民之間，隨時提防有人砸鞋，所幸活動圓滿落幕，無人鬧場。
