【經濟觀察】惠譽下調中國2014年經濟增速預期至7%

惠譽在報告中認為，中國經濟再平衡和全球貨幣環境收緊已經加劇了中國國內結構性缺陷，並增加了政策取舍難度。惠譽現預計，中國2014年增速將放緩至7.0%（此前預期為增長7.5%），低於2013年的7.5%。

惠譽稱，來自卡特彼勒、霍尼韋爾等美國工業公司的最新財報，反映了一個緩慢增長的全球環境。其還稱，歐元區經濟體狀況、中國及其他新興市場的低消費需求均構成挑戰，同時美國貨幣政策依舊是關注焦點。

惠譽預計，全球經濟增速將在2013年下半年和2014-2015年加速，主要發達經濟體2013、2014和2015年將分別擴張0.9%、1.8%和2.1%。

但同時，惠譽仍下調了2013、2014年的全球增長預期。惠譽將全球2013年GDP增速預期從2.4%下調至2.3%，2014年GDP增速預期從3.1%下調至2.9%，維持2015年GDP增速預期在3.2%不變。（B）
