【動新聞】大統再爆　用20年腐魚做沙茶醬

【胡治言／綜合報導】大統繼爆生產黑心油、鹽酸化學醬油後，又爆以發霉香菇殘根和過期20年的進口冷凍腐魚製成沙茶醬。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，爆料的大統離職員工昨接受《蘋果》採訪時說，他親眼看到這些爛食材被拿出來，由師傅用高溫油炸，也親睹這些食材早早過期的封條，由於菇根都是用來做有機肥料，大統拿來做沙茶醬，等於是「把大便變黃金」。

彰化地檢署昨依詐欺取財、違反《食品衛生管理法》摻偽、假冒等罪嫌，起訴大統董事長高振利及兩名負責調配黑心油的員工，建請法官對高從重量刑，並沒收大統不法所得18億5千多萬元。檢方表示，高最重可處30年徒刑。
