有化工專業背景的張鶴齡，2006年因與蘇姓女子外遇，竟以乙醚殺害髮妻蔡姓女子及兩名女兒，一、二審及更審對他殺死女兒部分，都判處死刑，最高法院今天上午開準備程序庭，辯護律師主張他是因一時慌亂，才失手殺死女兒，最高法院將擇期開生死辯論庭。
