加總理提國安 擋外商吃黑莓

加拿大總理哈珀今天接受彭博社訪問表示，任何外國公司收購黑莓公司（Black Berry Ltd），政府都會考量國家安全。

哈珀今天在布魯塞爾接受彭博社訪問時指出，根據加拿大收購法，任何外國公司在收購加拿大公司時，國家安全是政府的必要考量。

哈珀表示，黑莓在資訊科技業是一個很重要的角色，因此任何有關黑莓的未來交易，都不可威脅國安。任何有關黑莓的收購，或僅僅收購部份資產，都需經加拿大及美國政府的嚴密審查。

根據加拿大投資法，外國公司收購加拿大公司，若不能為加拿大帶來「淨利益」（net benefit），或對加拿大國家安全帶來威脅，聯邦政府有權否決。

上週，加拿大聯邦政府即因國家安全考量，否決埃及電信業者收購加拿大曼尼托巴電信公司（Manitoba Telecom Services）旗下的Allstream光纖網絡。

昨天，美國華爾街日報報導，中國大陸聯想有意收購黑莓，雙方並已簽定「非公開」協議，准許聯想查看黑莓的帳冊，了解黑莓公司真實的財務情況。
