三安期望拉高璨圓持股

（中央社記者韓婷婷台北17日電）中國大陸LED龍頭三安光電集團副總經理林科闖表示，三安與璨圓互補性強，希望能再進一步增加對璨圓的持股。

林科闖16日在2013台北LED論壇(LEDFORUM TAIPEI 2013)作以上表示。

三安於10月初完成認購璨圓光電的登記手續，以新台幣23.52億元入股璨圓，持有璨圓19.9%股權，使得三安成為璨圓單一法人最大股東，是開放陸資參股的第1件成功案例。

三安表示，三安與璨圓客戶重疊的部份約只有5%，目前以在不同市場提高市場占有率為主要目標，因此二家策略聯盟會帶來一些效益。

看好明年LED產業持續成長，三安計劃明年再增加100台的MOCVD機台，將產能規模從今年的160台拉高到260台。1021017
