【胡治言／綜合報導】日本《每日新聞》昨踢爆，日本在2003年至2012年間賣給台灣等18國的核能設備，竟未經日本的安全認證程序，包括台灣核四廠2004年向日本日立和東芝採購的反應爐壓力槽等核電廠重要零件。

據《每日新聞》取得的資料，未取得安全認證就賣到國外的設備，包括日立製作所和東芝在2004年賣給台灣核四廠的反應爐壓力槽。若這些設備故障，日本製造商恐面臨各國核電廠的高額求償。《蘋果》昨致電日本日立製作所與東芝，但因適逢日本國定假日，無法取得回應。
