前9月土增稅創14年新高　今年確定可超徵

【林巧雁／台北報導】財政部今天公布9月稅收1966億元，較去年9月增加144億元，年增7.9%，1~9月稅收1兆4170億元，較去年同期增加14億元，年增0.1%。若最後3個月稅收與去年水準相當，估計今年稅收仍短徵約600億元。
 
9月稅收以營利事業所得稅增加42億元、營業稅增加38億元、綜合所得稅增加29億元較多。累計1至9月稅收以土地增值稅增加171億元，營業稅增加124億元較多；營利事業所得稅減少160億元最多，綜所稅減少70億元次之。
 
1~9月稅收以營業稅、房屋稅、牌照稅與健康捐均創歷年新高。1~9月土增稅則創1999年同期以來新高，證交稅創2006年以來同期新低。
 
財政部統計處副處長許瑞琳表示，今年土增稅、契稅與健康捐可能超徵，營所稅、證交稅與貨物稅可能短徵。
