綠委強調兩岸就是國際關係　痛批總統下台

【李英婷／台北報導】針對總統馬英九在昨天國慶日祝詞文告中提到「兩岸關係不是國際關係」，民進黨立委劉建國今召開記者會痛批，根據《憲法》表述，兩岸國號，台灣就是中華民國，大陸就是中華人民共和國，兩岸關係就是國與國關係，絕對是國際關係。

劉建國還提到，就是因為馬英九不認同兩岸是國際關係，才會導致國際社會逐漸傾向「一個中國」，以世界動物衛生組織（OIE）最近公布我國狂犬病報告多次使用「中國台北」即可明證。

綠委楊曜也表示，在國外打拚時，「一個中國」的暗晦不明就是絆腳石；如果馬英九無法安心當中華民國的總統，如果他不認同中華民國，「那就順應民意，下台吧。」另一綠委陳亭妃則諷，馬英九的歷史定位就是「馬區長變成馬特首」，已經是個失職、失格，更不適任擔任台灣人的共同領袖。
