光環、台通 前三季不夠亮

光通訊族群今年營運呈現兩樣情，以歐美市場為主的波若威、眾達等表現亮眼；以大陸、台灣本土光纖設備市場為主的廠商光環（3234）、華星光、台通等，至今累計營收表現不如預期，業者期待年底電信設備商啟動拉貨，整體需求最快本季才會回溫。

今年兩岸政府都啟動光纖鋪建計畫，大陸「寬頻中國」政策底定，台灣有100M光纖到府計畫，市場原預期，以大陸PON相關設備需求為主的光通訊主動元件廠光環、華星光，以及以台灣本土需求為主的台通等，今年都將受惠，但從前三季營運表現來看，目前需求尚不如預期。

光環9月營收1.62億元，月增9.39%、年減23.16%，累計前三季營收14.16億元，年減11.16%。華星光9月營收1.51億元，月減4.81%、年減26.27%，累計前三季營收15.56億，年減1.97%。

業界表示，光纖建設長線需求存在，今年大陸PON標案開標進度不如預期，可能是設備商議價談不攏、GPON採用率上升使EPON需求減少，以及電信商LTE相關建設排擠固網支出等。
