【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】斥資3億美元(約新台幣90億元)的北韓滑雪度假村，今日在北韓勞動黨68周年慶的活動下，正式開幕啟用。不過外界質疑，這座滑雪場能否正常使用，還有待觀察。

外媒報導指出，北韓有2400萬人口，但全國只有5千多人會滑雪。加上滑雪場僅動工10個月就完工，外界認為可能是北韓領導人金正恩的「好大喜功」，企圖向國際展現北韓也有不落人後的一面，並希望與南韓辦冬季奧運的會場來「拚場」。
