國民黨新增發言人，由黨主席馬英九競選辦公室發言人楊偉中出任，提供關於社運、雲嘉南等地方議題的掌握能力，預計下周一到任。據透露，這次國共論壇也將由楊偉中代表國民黨出席，擔任對外發言任務，這也是國共論壇首次沒有文傳會正副主委參加。
