蘇貞昌提倒閣案

民進黨主席蘇貞昌今天上午未出席國慶典禮，在民進黨中央黨部舉行記者會，宣布發動倒閣。蘇貞昌表示，馬英九總統說謊、干涉司法、破壞憲政，行政院長江宜樺同樣說謊，更對立法院長公開說三道四。基於人民對政府的不信任，民進黨決定提出倒閣案。

蘇貞昌說，只要立法院院會一舉行，就提出倒閣案。倒閣案一提出，將在72小時後進行表決。呼籲全體國人支持倒閣，用行動捍衛民主，懲戒總統。

蘇貞昌一個月前主張彈劾，現在為何改推倒閣？蘇貞昌說，彈劾、罷免、倒閣，都是憲政作為，江宜樺是破壞憲政的共犯結構，羞辱國會議長，也參與干涉司法，已不適任做行政院長，此時發動倒閣，符合人民期待，而其他憲政行動也不會放棄。
