【胡治言／綜合報導】台南市一名周姓卡車司機，失婚後跟女友同居，還與另一名已婚阮氏越南妹發生婚外情，因阮女要分手，他強逼「分手砲」，事後又反悔打傷阮女丈夫，並朝阮女潑酸毀容，法官認為他惡性重大，依重傷害、通姦罪判刑10年。

《蘋果》報導，阮女提出分手後，周男要求分手砲，卻因太緊張不舉，找上同居女友幫忙口交，勃起後大玩3P、拍裸照，但等阮女離開後又不甘心，當晚持球棒痛毆阮女丈夫，接著在去年10月18日上午，周男尾隨騎機車的阮女，在阮女快到家時，朝阮女臉部潑酸，造成阮女臉頸、胸部、手臂有二度灼傷，臉部更因化學性灼傷，眼瞼有疤痕性外翻。

法官認為，阮女想終結不正常的婚外情，被告不僅不放手，還動手毆打對方丈夫，更故意朝阮女臉部潑灑強酸毀容，犯罪手法極端且惡性重大，對被害人及家屬造成身心重大影響，依重傷害、通姦罪將他判刑十年，全案仍可上訴。
