銓敘部同意公保增列生育給付

現行公保法沒有「生育給付」項目，立法院審查公保法修正草案時，立委要求在公保法增加生育給付，銓敘部今天同意在公保法增列生育給付。

根據銓敘部向考試院院會報告指出，依立法院司法法制委員會附帶決議，參照勞保生育給付的請領條件，在加保280日後分娩，或加保181日後早產的被保險人，可以請領1個月投保薪資生育給付。

經銓敘部精算後，如果依規畫方案，將增列1個月生育給付，公保保險費率必須配合提高0.18%，預估每年政府增加新台幣2億多元的保費負擔，是否需要配合調整保險費率，將視精算結果，再依公保財務預警機制辦理。

銓敘部退撫司長呂明泰表示，若公保費率提高0.18%，以平均投保薪資3萬多元計算，每人每月約將增加10多元的保費。
