黃世銘洩密案今晚將傳喚總統馬英九說明，大批聞訊來到的媒體記者，齊聚在台北地檢署門口等待。

台北地檢署偵辦檢察總長黃世銘疑涉洩密案，今（3日）晚8時半傳馬英九總統作證。馬總統2日表示，國民有作證義務，檢方傳喚會配合作證。

除了馬總統前往北檢作證外，前總統府副秘書長羅智強也到了北檢，他說今晚是以證人身分到地檢署說明；為了表示對地檢署尊重，在這裡不會發表意見，未來有意見要公開，會另外尋求適當時間及方式報告。

北檢就黃世銘洩密案將傳喚相關人等前來說明，晚間總統府前副秘書長羅智強抵達北檢說明。

黃世銘在王金平涉關說案9月5日簽結前、8月31日就前往總統官邸向馬總統報告此案，還自爆9月6日特偵組記者會後，曾多次與馬總統電話聯繫，引發軒然大波。

台北地檢署偵辦檢察總長黃世銘向總統馬英九報告關說案涉嫌洩密，黃已走密道避過門口媒體進入北檢應訊，馬則因晚上無其他行程，稍晚預定以證人身分到北檢。
