校園挖出千年文物　興大學生網路串連籲保留

【鄭敏玲／台中報導】中興大學校園今年八月份間因為興建停車場工程，包商施工時發現地層出現考古文物立即通報，考古隊陸續在現場挖出直徑近28公分的大陶罐以及30公分寬的文化層遺跡，未料考古挖掘仍在進行中，校方卻以興建停車場急切為由，近期就將填平部分現場，引發學生在網路批踢踢上串連痛批，呼籲校方應妥善保護考古文物，不要讓興大蒙羞。

科博館人類學組主任屈慧麗說，「興大摩斯餐廳後方的停車場預定地出土的文物是距今1500年到1600年的番仔園文化，與惠來遺址是同期，相當珍貴!」目前出土大批陶片、陶罐，但也挖出不少清朝青花瓷、日式精美酒器，顯見興大校園真是福地，擁有豐富的文化資產！
