標題[問題] 這樣會想換工作嗎？

手機發文~排版怪怪請見諒:) 目前在一間私人公司上班， 離家約20分鐘，主管是喜歡人家抱大腿的女主管， 然後常用年底考蹟來強迫大家一定要怎樣怎樣(攤手) 因為考量到即將要30歲， 大概明年有結婚打算， 但是目前公司似乎只能放婚假 產假，沒有人敢請半年育嬰 假(可能就要直接byebye吧) 因為還是希望結婚後帶完小孩還能保有工作， 所以最近一直找新工作，目前面試上一間算大的公司， 該照勞基法的都會給， 只是離家遠，上班需1小時車程， 重點是…每個月薪水比現在少 約7000元！！ 現在非常猶豫…到底要不要換工作， 男友是說新公司在業界名氣比較大， 以後要換工作會比較好換…… 好煩惱啊~想聽聽大家的意見，謝謝囉:) -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.139.18.227
