治水特別預算明年一月期滿

中南部豪雨成災，中央政府治水預算成政治焦點。民進黨執政時期，時任行政院長謝長廷在九十五年啟動易淹水地區水患治理計畫，編列八年八百億預算，後來追加到一千一百六十億元；今年特別預算列了八十五億元，但今年已是特別預算執行最後一年，若立法院下會期沒有修法將「水患治理特別條例」的施行期限延長，明年各縣市治水預算將大幅度減少。
