外籍男酒駕衝撞　警追逐開槍制伏

槍擊現場，警用機車倒在一旁，車身部分受損，酒駕男子的安全帽、隨身文件，散落一地，凌晨四點多，這名美國籍男子騎車行經中正紀念堂附近時，在路口違規左轉，被巡邏員警發現，鳴警笛要對方停車。

沒想到這名外籍男子居然加速，一路從羅斯福路往山區逃逸，警方追逐了將近10多公里，終於在文山區附近的公墓，發現他的蹤跡，同時呼叫支援，原本採用包夾戰術，利用機車阻擋，希望這名外籍男子能主動停車，對方卻理都不理，再度衝撞。

其中一名員警將他撲倒在地，雙方發生拉扯，就連鋼製警棍也被打歪，這名男子還是持續攻擊警方，最後不得已，只好先對空鳴槍警告，接著朝對方腿部開槍，才結束這場肉搏戰，外籍男送醫急救，沒有生命危險，警方查出，他的酒測直高達0.56，不僅觸犯公共危險，也得吃上妨礙公務的罪名。
