監院風暴 馬總統：在這只能多關心

監察院發生十九位監委聯名譴責院長王建煊的茶壺風暴，出訪中南美的馬總統在聖露西亞時間十六日與媒體早餐會時表示，究竟是制度或運作的困難，他在國外了解有限，只能多關心，「在這裡也不能多做什麼」，回去後再跟各方了解狀況，並「試圖來協助解決」。
