軍審移監　9在押人犯37案卷送抵高雄法院

【王吟芳／高雄報導】全國軍事法庭審理案件今天清晨統一移交司法單位，包括北部軍事地方法院、南部軍事地方法院與高等軍事法院高雄分院，今早7時起陸續將偵審案卷與在押被告移交，上午8時整，9名在押被告已分別被移審到高雄地院、高雄高分院等候開庭。

總計高雄地院今天共收受24案，其中1被告在押；高雄高分院收受13案，8人在押，法官閱卷後將即時開庭審理，決定是否繼續羈押被告。
