樓上的，你真的了解 WPS 和 WDS 的分別嗎 ??

WPS為「Wi-Fi Protected Setup」的縮寫。

WPS的目的在於讓使用者能更簡單的設定無線網路及安全加密。由於目前的無線設備皆需較繁複的設定才能確保無線網路的安全，因此許多的使用者並未使用安全性設定，造成家庭與企業無線網路上的安全漏洞。有鑑於此，Wi-Fi聯盟開發出WPS，簡化無線網路的安全性設定，使用者在無線寬頻分享器上完成安全性設定後，只需使用PIN碼或按鍵，即可同步無線網卡的設定，並保障無線網路的安全。

簡單來說是 AP 和行動裝置的簡易設定協定

無線分散系統（Wireless Distribution System，縮寫 WDS）指的是一個能讓無線區域網路中的存取點（Access Point）透過無線方式互相連結的一套系統。它可以讓多個存取點無需傳統的有線骨幹連接需求即可延伸一個無線網路。

簡單來說是 AP 和 AP 透過無線串接的協定，擴大 WiFi 使用範圍，必要條件是兩台韌體都必須支援 WDS 才可以使用。

這兩個協定目的完全不同，跟新舊有啥關西??

樓主 WDS 必須兩台AP都設定，不是插電接線就可以，網路有不少教學，版主要多用Google大神就查的到啦
