請問天花板一部份顏色深淺不同問題

想請問各位先進我的房間天花板上面有一段線的左右邊顏色有些深淺不同

然後那段線也就是兩邊交界處有一些交界的痕跡存在(在猜是否是水泥或油漆粉刷造成的交界)

然後附近有大概3棵的小小的圓圈(在猜圓圈處是否是油漆快剝落的狀況)

不知道為什麼會這樣??

以上應該不會有什麼結構安全的問題吧??
