護照被註銷 想重新補辦

我原本護照在2012年4月份因詐欺刑事案件被彰化地檢署註銷

案件至今已經偵結結束並執行完畢

昨天去台中外交部中部辦事處要再申請新護照 還是無法辦理'

因為服務人員說 電腦上面顯示我本人的護照還是註銷當中

需要把我的案件移交到台北外交部辦事處審理 快者護照需要一個多月才辦的出來

但是跟我同案的朋友已經收到'彰化地檢署解除限制出境單子 可以辦理護照了'

但是我本人並無收到，請問我現在該怎麼處理才可以短時間內重新辦理護照呢?

需要我本人親自到彰化地檢署申請解除限制證明嗎?

還是有其他更快的方式呢?

拜託大大告知我如何能申請新護照最快的方法 本人急於出國!!
