不要去買除疤膏,沒效真的
我第一胎生完是擦除疤膏,還一條1千多耶!!
結果也沒有效,疤痕也是凸凸的
生第二胎時,我就用3M的免縫膠帶(剖腹產用),
可以去藥局買,貼上免縫膠帶後再用防水膠帶帶在上面,
洗澡時不會跑水進去喔~~
我大約1周換一次,這樣貼了半年
真的疤都平的喔!!都沒有凸凸的!!只有一條白色的開刀傷口
但若是已經有凸出的疤就無法再用了
只能等再生下一胎努力貼
