宜蘭辦文創論壇 兩岸學者與談

宜蘭縣文化局9日舉辦「2013宜蘭文創論壇」，邀請兩岸文創界人士及在地文創業者參與，先由文化局長林秋芳就「宜蘭國際童玩節與文創的催化」作專題報告，接著討論「從節慶活動到文創」，以及「從宜蘭經驗到創意城鄉」兩大主題，文化局期盼透過分享和對談，深化縣內文化資源，希望藉此提升宜蘭文創產業的發展動能。
