關於籃球的禁區規則

3. 所謂的禁區就是罰球線內的那個長方型區塊，有些場地會用不同顏色標出來，再
說清楚點就是當罰球時，罰球者跟準備搶版的人所圍著的區塊。

2. 禁區得分就是當身處在禁區內得分。

1. 禁區三秒有兩個，一個是防守三秒、另外一個是籃下三秒
防守三秒就是當你的球隊正在防守時，你所防守的進攻球員沒有進入禁區，且你
所防守的人跟你的距離大於一隻手臂，裁判就會開始讀秒，那如果你沒出禁區就
會被吹違例。籃下三秒則是你處於進攻端，你站入禁區超過三秒，則會球權轉換
。
